Privacy policy
Your data,handled plainly.
Last updated: October 2026
Who is responsible
The controller of personal data you send through foiges.com is:
- [LEGAL NAME]
- Company code: [COMPANY CODE]
- Address: [ADDRESS]
- Email: hello@foiges.com
What we collect
If you use the setup builder, we receive:
- your name and email address, which are required;
- your company name and message, if you add them;
- the solutions you chose.
If you write to us by email, we receive your address and the contents of your message.
If you book an AI discovery through the calendar on the AI discovery page, we receive your name, email address, any phone number or note you add, and the time you choose.
This site has no accounts, newsletter, analytics or advertising trackers.
How it reaches us
The setup builder opens your own email app with a pre-filled message. We receive the data only when you send that email. Before that, nothing leaves your device.
What you pick in the builder is held in your browser’s memory while the page is open and disappears when you close it.
The booking calendar is different: it is provided by HighLevel (GoHighLevel) and shown inside the AI discovery page. When you book, the details you enter are sent to HighLevel and reach us through it. The calendar loads only on that page.
Every page also has a chat window, provided by HighLevel. If you use it, the messages you type, and any details you share in them, are sent to HighLevel and reach us through it. Please do not share sensitive information in the chat.
Technical data and Cloudflare
The site is delivered through the content delivery and security network (CDN / proxy) of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details, such as browser type, page and time, to serve the page and protect it from attacks.
Cloudflare acts as our processor under its data processing terms. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, and those transfers rely on the EU standard contractual clauses.
Our server also writes ordinary technical access logs (time, page, browser type). They exist only to run and secure the site, and we keep them for [RETENTION PERIOD].
Why we use it
- To answer your inquiry, prepare your AI discovery and, if we work together, a proposal. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the site working and secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
We don’t use your data for marketing, we don’t sell it, and we make no automated decisions with it.
Who can receive it
- Cloudflare, Inc., which delivers and protects the site;
- our email provider, which receives inquiries and messages;
- HighLevel (GoHighLevel), which runs the booking calendar and the chat window, and sends booking confirmations and reminders;
- public authorities, only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If we don’t end up working together, we delete your inquiry and our correspondence within 12 months.
If we sign a contract, we keep the related data for as long as the contract needs and as the law requires.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can:
- ask for a copy of your data;
- have mistakes corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict how it is used;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data and move it to another controller.
To use any of these rights, email hello@foiges.com. We’ll reply within one month.
Complaints
If you think we handle your data improperly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. We’d appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Changes
We’ll update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date of the most recent update is at the top of the page.
